I am a member and admin of EnergyFlows Facebook group and EnergyFlows.org.As well as assisting in planned energy exercises and offering guidance, I also participate in events and classes offered by our group. I believe learning is important and am fortunate to be a part of a body of people like EnergyFlows that fosters an environment of safety and acceptance for all to share their questions, concerns, and experiences.In sharing my own experiences with the group, I learned I have the ability to see, hear, smell, feel, and basically interact with non-physical energy. I also have known things I have no way of explaining why or how I know.
