Since a child I have experienced, interacted and communicated with spirit. Whether I saw or felt spirit in the room with me or in my dreams I wasn’t able to “turn off my gift”. As I got older my gift/abilities started to change and I was having anxiety, uneasy feelings and visions in my mind more than spirit manifesting standing in front of me. I began to settle down and actually take time to “listen”. I was guided to a wonderful group of people (Energy Flows)
that helped me with techniques on how to control and better understand what I had been experiencing my whole life. For the past 10 years I have been able to share my ability publicly and have continued support of my long time friends and mentors, a family, in EnergyFlows! I am forever grateful.
