There are many methods and modalities that are classified as "energy work" In our experience, we are able to send and change energy within a person to help alleviate symptoms of an unbalanced body, mind and soul. Being intuitive by nature we all have the ability to help ourselves and others.
You have the right to learn your soul's path and lessons. Most often we are able to access our own record book where you can learn valuable information that pertains to you and your own personal view. In this class we will bring you to your own version of the record hall and help you journey there and peek in.
These sessions are aimed at helping you follow your path through discussion and possible intuitive interaction. We all find ourselves at crossroads but we do indeed have the answers available to us. Why we have blocks in moving forward. How we can make a plan that fits our needs and set it into motion.
Meditation- A One to One guided journey
In this session, we will embark on a journey through a one to one guided meditation through the use of a private video room.Those who wish to visit past lives, meet their guides in spirit or loved ones, visit the akashic records or help release fears or just sit back and relax through imagery and an open mind.
We know that finding your calling and purpose often are difficult. Where do you go and more importantly ” whom do you ask?” There are great teachers out there who can help guide you to your purpose but do they specialize in many experiences to help you ” live” your truth. Energyflows specializes in all aspects of energy which includes development work and healing. MJ and John as a team have two different approaches to the lessons you will experience while under their care. Sometimes you wish to have those break through moments with direct attention on your questions and needs. Maybe you would like a private meditation session to uncover your blockages which keep you from advancing. As we have been mentoring to an online community for the past 5 years with membership reaching almost 13,000 members. There is not anything we have not heard or experienced. Let go – Enjoy the Flow.
You may use this time for any questions or development. You can think of this a mentor session however this is the fastest way to get your answers to your questions, make the pieces fit for yourself and put into practice into real time with a one on one.

What is Holy Fire Reiki as described on Reiki.org
Holy Fire Reiki III is a new form of Reiki that was introduced about three years ago by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of our Usui Reiki classes and has also been added to Karuna Reiki® training.
Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Some of the qualities students have experienced include:
Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.
Always respects free will.
Heals deeply and quickly without distress.
Heals relationships and interactions with others.
Releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way.
